A Rock Hill man thought he was buying designer handbag directly from the company, but said he was duped by an internet search.
He turned to Action 9's Don Griffin to warn others about the counterfeits.

He said he thought it was real when it ordered from a website he found on Google and believed was the official Coach site.
"It came up Coachoutlethandbagstores.com. That was the very first hit on Google," he said.chloehandbagreplicahandbags
The $82 price tag should have been a clue that the bad was fake. A real Coach purse like the one Carroll purchased sells for $268 in stores.
Suspecting the bag was a counterfeit, he took it to a Coach authorized store and confirmed his suspicions.
"Nowhere did they disclose that these were knock-offs," he said.
Carroll said he emails complaining to the website where he purchased the bag have gone unanswered. Action 9 did not get a response from the website either.
Action 9 called Coach Inc. in New York, the official company. A spokesperson would not comment on where Caroll made his purchase,guccicaps but said fake handbags are a big problem.
But Coach's general counsel said they have a zero tolerance policy for counterfeiters and have launched a massive international anti-counterfeiting campaign.
The spokesperson said the only way consumers can be certain they are getting authentic merchandise is to buy from authorized stores and Coach's official website.
